Luxury real estate in Liguria, Bordighera

On the evergreen hills of the aristocratic town of Bordighera lies a unique piece of land, home to the most elite estates and villas in this town and in Liguria itself. This unique villa was built in the late 1800s and bears the name "Storieta." Thanks to the careful care of its current owners, it has retained its stately presence, original beauty, and remarkable charm, for which we are grateful.

The villa is set in a lush, green park of 7,000 m2, offering views of the Ligurian Sea, Monaco, and the Côte d'Azur. The park also features a swimming pool with a relaxation area and a 230 m2 garage with panoramic glazing.

It is located on 4 floors connected by a staircase, and there is also an elevator.

Ground floor: entrance hall, spacious living room, dining room, kitchen, studio, spacious terrace with sea views, staff quarters, toilet.

Second floor: living room, 4 large bedrooms, 4 bathrooms.

Third floor: summer kitchen, bedroom, toilet, large panoramic terrace with panoramic views of the sea, city, and mountains.

Basement: living room with access to the terrace and garden, toilet, and utility rooms. Two cottages have been built here for your friends to relax with you. Video of this property is available upon request.
