The villa is rented for a long period of 6 or 12 months. Payment of rent is made in advance, if a contract for 6 months pay 6 months rent at once (if a contract for 12 months pay 12 months rent at once) + a deposit in case of damage to the property of the house (a monthly payment). The costs for electricity, gas, water, garbage, gardener's fees and pool maintenance are paid separately.
