Villa Rossat, located near Sanremo, in the city center and just 500 meters from the sea, was built in 1890. Villa Rossat was built with bricks from the Rossat family factory, according to typical French architecture.

The owners of Villa Rossat come from an ancient and prominent family from Savona, whose origins date back to the 8th century and whose members included princes such as the Nasellis of Spain and Sicily. They were also related to other noble families, such as the Spinolas, the Riarios, and the Della Roveres, and held magisterial, civil, military, and ecclesiastical positions.

The family crest is depicted on the villa's main entrance. Villa Rossat is surrounded by a 4,500-square-meter park. The villa extends over four floors, for a total area of approximately 1,000 square meters.

The villa is composed of:

Basement for utility rooms (kitchen, pantry, laundry room, cellar, taverns, outdoor bathroom and dining veranda).

Ground floor with living room, dining room, bathroom, TV room, billiard room, piano room, large office and library;

The first floor is used as a sleeping area, where there are four bedrooms and two bathrooms.

The second attic floor consists of 5 bedrooms and a room.
