Apartment in Bordighera

A three-room apartment over two floors is available for rent on Via Romana in Bordighera. The apartment, approximately 100 m² in total, is located on the third floor of a building with an elevator and consists of:

Third floor: Entrance hall, bathroom, kitchen-living room with access to the balcony, two bedrooms, one of which has access to the balcony.

Fourth floor: Bedroom, bathroom

Individual heating and electricity included in the condo bill. Garage for one car. Ceilings in the apartment are 3 meters high.

The property is rented for one or six months at a time. Rent is paid upfront for the entire rental period, along with a two-month refundable damage deposit (refundable upon departure). Utilities (electricity, gas, and condominium maintenance) are also paid in advance for the entire rental period. The real estate agency commission is 15% of the annual rent plus VAT (Value Added Tax).
