TERMS OF USE
This Terms of Use (hereinafter referred to as the “Agreement”) governs the use of the website https://azarovs.com/ (hereinafter referred to as the “Website”), owned by AZAROVS S.R.L. (hereinafter referred to as the “Owner”), a company registered in accordance with the laws of Italy, with its registered office at: Corso Imperatrice 8, 18038 Sanremo (IM), Liguria.
DEFINITIONS

1.1 The Website is an information resource that provides Users with the opportunity to view real estate offers in Italy, specifically:
- To browse real estate properties located in Italy;
- To review descriptions, photographs, and approximate prices of properties;
- To submit contact details to receive a consultation or a callback.
1.2 The information posted on the Website is for reference purposes only and does not constitute a public offer. All transaction terms are discussed on an individual basis.
1.3 Use of the Website constitutes the User’s full acceptance of the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please leave the Website.
1.4 The Owner reserves the right to unilaterally modify the provisions of this Agreement by publishing the revised version on the Website.
2. NO REGISTRATION AND ONLINE PAYMENTS
2.1 The Website does not feature a User registration system or personal accounts.
2.2 The Website does not provide the technical capability to conclude purchase, sale, or lease agreements, nor does it process payments directly through its interface.
2.3 Any legally binding actions (signing a preliminary agreement — compromesso, making a deposit — caparra) are carried out outside this Website in accordance with Italian law.
3. DATA COLLECTION VIA FEEDBACK FORMS
3.1 Submitting a Request. A User may send an inquiry regarding a specific property or a general question by clicking the “Submit Request” button. In doing so, the User voluntarily provides the following data:
- First and Last Name;
- Contact Phone Number;
- Custom message/inquiry.
3.2 After a User exclusively to promptly contact the User and provide the requested consultation.
3.3 Newsletter subscription. The Website offers an option to subscribe to an informational newsletter (catalog updates, Italian real estate market news).
By submitting their data, the User agrees to receive communications (calls, messages, emails).
4. PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA (GDPR)
4.1 The Owner undertakes to use the collected data solely for the purpose specified in clauses 3.1 and 3.2 of this Agreement.

5. RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE USER
5.1 The User is entitled to use the Website in accordance with the terms and conditions provided in this Agreement.
5.2 The User is obliged to fully review this Agreement prior to accessing it. In the event of disagreement with the terms of the Agreement, the User must immediately cease using the Website.
