The villa is about 1.5 kilometers from the sea and with panoramic views of the sea, the mountains and the city of Bordighera, as well as the cities of France - Monaco and St. Tropez. The tourist resort of Bordighera is located on the French-Italian border, on the western coast of Liguria, about 20 kilometers from the border with France. The house consists of two levels.

First level: bedroom with access to the terrace, bathroom with shower and dressing room;

The villa is rented for a long period of 6 or 12 months. Payment of rent is made in advance, if a contract for 6 months pay 6 months rent at once (if a contract for 12 months pay 12 months rent at once) + a deposit in case of damage to the property of the house (a monthly payment). The costs of electricity, gas, water, garbage, gardener's fees and pool maintenance are paid separately.
