The apartment is located in a recently renovated condominium, the price includes a garage for one car. Separate entrance to the bike path, also through the underground passage you get to a private, sandy beach where you have your own separate sunbed and umbrella with a changing cabin.

The rent is 3000 euros per month + condominium fees, electricity, gas, water are paid separately. A deposit in case of damage to the property is left for two months. The rent is paid for a year in advance.
