Rent a villa in Bordighera

A new villa is available for rent about 1.5 kilometers from the sea, with panoramic views of the sea, mountains, and the town of Bordighera, as well as the French cities of Monaco and Saint-Tropez. The tourist resort of Bordighera is located on the French-Italian border, on the western coast of Liguria, about 20 kilometers from the French border. It is renowned for its blue sea, exotic palm trees, and lush vegetation.

The villa is located in a quiet residential area of the city. It is surrounded by a garden with ornamental and fruit trees and features an automatic irrigation system. The villa comprises two separate units with a total area of 350 square meters (one of approximately 200 square meters for the owners and the other of 150 square meters for guests).

The first house is on two levels. The first level includes a bedroom with access to the terrace, a bathroom with shower, and a dressing room;

Second level: living room with access to the terrace and garden, dining room with access to the terrace and garden, kitchen with built-in wardrobes, two bedrooms with built-in wardrobes and access to the terrace, bathroom with shower and bathroom with bathtub.

The second house (for guests) comprises a kitchen, a living room with access to the terrace and garden, two bedrooms with access to the terrace and garden, a bathroom with a bathtub, a bathroom with a shower, a dressing room, and a laundry room. The garden features a swimming pool. A large garage and parking spaces are available. The driveway and paths leading to the house are paved with natural stone. The house is equipped with independent heating, allowing for individual temperature control, an alarm system, air conditioning, and an intercom. The villa requires no additional investment; it is furnished and ready to move into.

The property is rented for one or six months at a time. The rent is paid in advance for the entire rental period, along with a refundable security deposit of two months' rent (refundable upon departure). Utilities (electricity, gas, and condominium maintenance) are also paid in advance for the entire rental period. The real estate agency commission is 15% of the annual rent plus VAT (Value Added Tax).
