Rent a villa in Bordighera

A new villa is offered for rent about 1.5 kilometers from the sea and with a panoramic view of the sea, mountains and the city of Bordighera, as well as a view of the cities of France - Monaco and St. Tropez. The resort town of Bardighera is located at the French-Italian border, on the western coast of Liguria, about 20 kilometers from the border with France. It is famous for its blue sea, exotic palm trees and lush vegetation.

The villa is located in a residential and quiet area of the city. Surrounded by a garden with ornamental and fruit trees, equipped with an automatic irrigation system. The villa consists of two separate houses with a total area of 350 sq.m. (one is about 200 sq.m., for the owners of the villa and the second is 150 sq.m. - guest)

The first house consists of two levels. First level: bedroom with access to the terrace, bathroom with shower and dressing room;

Second level: living room with access to the terrace and garden, dining room with access to the terrace and garden, kitchen with built-in wardrobes, two bedrooms with built-in wardrobes and access to the terrace, bathroom with shower and bathroom with bathtub.

The second house (guest) consists of: a kitchen, a living room with an exit to the terrace and garden, two bedrooms with an exit to the terrace and garden, a bathroom with a bathtub, a bathroom with a shower, a dressing room and a laundry room. There is a swimming pool in the garden. There is a spacious garage and parking spaces for cars. The road and paths to the house are paved with natural stone. The house has automatic heating, thanks to which you can regulate the temperature in the house yourself, a security alarm system, air conditioners, and an intercom. The villa does not require any investment, it is furnished and completely ready for occupancy.

The villa is rented for a long term of 12 months. The rent is paid in advance, if the contract is for 12 months, the rent is paid for 12 months at once + a deposit in case of damage to property in the house (one month's payment). The costs of electricity, gas, water, garbage, gardener's fee and pool maintenance are paid separately.

Real estate agency fee is 10% of the total rental amount.
