Real estate in Beaulieu-sur-Mer

Located between Nice and Monaco, lying only in the East of the prestigious Saint-Jean-Cap-Ferrat, Beaulieu-sur-Mer is a small seaside town that has retained a lot of charm and centuries of history. Attractions include Villa Kerylos (photo above), built by the renowned architect Emmanuel Pontremoli between 1902 and 1908. The owner was Theodor Reinach at the time.

This wonderful villa was eventually transferred to the Institut de France in 1928 and later included in the list of historical monuments since 1966. The villa is open to the public. Another icon of Beaulieu is the Hotel Bristol. This magnificent building, built in 1898 by the Danish architect Hans Georg Tersling, was the wish of Sir Blundell Maple and was welcomed by the world elite. Since then, it has become a luxury hotel appreciated by many famous people of our planet!

On the hill you can contemplate the port of Beaulieu and a magnificent view of the sea and expensive villas. The most famous of these is Villa Leopolda. It is an eight hectare property owned by King Leopold II of Belgium. In the port of Beaulieu, you will find shops and restaurants serving local cuisine, and you have the option of renting large or small weekend yachts.
