The cost of housing in the regions of Italy

You often ask me where is the best place to buy a home. My first question for you is: what budget are you looking at? The second and subsequent questions: already on the location and infrastructure.

Read my articles and you will be aware of where and how much it costs in Italy.

In the last article I talked about real estate prices in the Italy-Tuscany region. And he promised to continue the topic in other regions. This time:

Liguria, capital of Genoa.

The Liguria region borders on the French Cote d'Azur. This says a lot!)))

First, it speaks about the popularity of the region, which affects the demand for the popularity of the real estate market. The most famous resorts: Portofino, San Remo, Alassio, Santa Margherita Ligure and many others are known all over the world and are considered the most prestigious in Europe.

Genoa is the leader in the cost of housing, but even in it prices range from 1200 per sq. m and can reach 4500 euros per sq. m. But already to the east of Genoa on the Riviera di Levante coast with its resorts: Rapallo, Sestri Levante, Camogli, Portofino, Levanto and Portovenere real estate is being sold at a cost of several million euros. The price is influenced by the picturesque coastline, as well as a small selection of housing.

At the same time, there are also more affordable holiday properties in Liguria. So, in San Remo, the minimum cost of an apartment is only about 50,000 euros.

Piedmont. Capital Turin

This northwestern part of Italy is often referred to as the European Alpine Region. Piedmont borders Switzerland and France, as well as the Italian regions of Valle d'Aosta, Lombardy, Emilia-Romagna and Liguria.

What's so great about it? A wealth of natural attractions, ski resorts have played an important role in the value of real estate in the region.

In Turin itself, in the business part of the city, the cost per square meter is on average 3500 euros, and in districts and suburbs remote from the center, within 1600 euros per square meter. m.

And if we consider ski resorts, then a two-level apartment in the mountains can be purchased for 500,000 euros.

Valle d'Aosta

A small region in the north-west of Italy, famous for the famous ski resorts of Italy - Courmayeur, Cervinia, Monte Rosa, Aosta.

The region is located on the border with France and Switzerland, where many people come to see Mont Blanc.

And what about housing prices? As always, it is more expensive in the center of Aosta. The cost per square meter starts from 2,000 euros, and prices for elite housing can reach 5,000 euros. And this is not the limit!)))

Then I will continue to analyze real estate prices in different regions of Italy.
